Gardener Job in Spring, Texas

We are in The Woodlands area and we are looking for a 100% organic gardener to come to our home 1 day a week for several hours. We do not have much grass in our yard. We only have a small amount of Zoysia in our front yard and a weed eater would get the job done. Our backyard is tropical. We need someone to trim dead leaves, pull weeds (absolutely no Roundup!), clean off the pool decking, water hanging plants, maintain our vegetable garden, etc. This is not a job for a mow and blow crew. This is a job for one person to give the yard the proper attention to detail that it needs. We are not micro managers and we are easy going people. You will work in peace and quiet without stress. Huge bonus points if you have worked in a nursery or have experience with organic gardening. Pay is negotiable.
