Gardener Job in Houston, Texas

Hi, We are looking for a gardener to take care of the mowing, keeping the bushes and palm trees looking nice and the weeding. Ideally, we would pay someone on a monthly basis with everything mentioned above included. I would estimate that we need the yard mowing every 7-10 days during the summer and maybe every 3-4 weeks during the winter, for a total of around 25-30 times per year. On top of that, we would like someone to trim the crepe myrtles (3), put in flowers seasonally and mulch seasonally, which we would pay for on a job by job basis as needed. We would like to start quickly as we are having a bad weed problem right now on our grass. I have tried putting some weed killer down but nothing seems to work. We currently have someone that mows our yard, but if the price is right we would like to combine everything with one person.
