Gardener Job in Tucson, Arizona

Hello! My name is Holly and I am looking to hire someone for about 6 weeks this summer to care for my collection of indoor/outdoor potted plants while I'm away. I had a subletter try to care for them last summer, and I lost about half - which was tragic - so this summer I hope to find someone who really knows plants and understands that I can't provide a perfect watering/care schedule - my approach is very much "vibe it out" and I'm looking for someone who is able to take the same approach. The job requires stopping by once every three days or so to survey the bbs - you should should also be able to identify any issues with the plants and diagnose what needs to be done in order to keep them healthy and thriving. The job pays $18.0 HOURLY and is flexible with hours - I'll pay for your commute time (maxing out at >45 min), but I don't think the actual plant care should take more than 30 minutes each visit (unless something is going horribly wrong).
