Property is far NE side (Tanque Verde & Soldier Trail area... near 49er Country Club) on small riparian valley. The property WAS a green thumb's paradise but circumstances have caused it to start to fall off. This is a combination of cleanup, routine maintenance and a series of never-ending improvement projects. Looking for someone who can treat it like its their own and restore the property... improving landscaping decisions and reducing water consumption and improving irrigation. Hours are flexible... want to partner with someone...will offer a budget for supplies & equipment.
