Gardener Job in Danbury, Connecticut

I live by the Danbury Mall on a shady 1.8 acre plot. Over the years, and with help, we have cleared brush, put in perennials, bushes, ground cover - as bare roots or very small plants. So a lot is still filling in and there is a lot left to be done - and some things have to be moved because they are not in the right spot. I have at least 22 "planted areas" (not all are settled yet) - ranging from a small 2 foot circle to a large dry hillside that might be 20x20 feet - - - and am planning more. I welcome ideas - keeping in mind I am not big in chemicals, so sticking with deer and rabbit resistant stuff.. Still learning what works in my yard. I am not rich - so I split plants or transplant ferns from the back of the yard, order bare root or small plants and keep the finished vision in mind. It's definitely a more natural than manicured look - at that is fine with me. So if that is the environment for you - please contact me. I need a lot of help throughout the entire season. I am looking for someone who can work alone, and knows a lot more than I do about planting, plant maintenance, plant diseases, bugs, fertilizer, soil prep, can do weeding, can dig beds (I have a very rocky plot), etc. I am an out of shape past middle age lady - but I also want to do what I can in the garden too - perhaps alongside you or do what you are doing (because you know it is time to do XXX or you just tell me what to do) in another part of the yard while you are here. So this is a job where we need to communicate well. I have a lot of plants that I ordered coming in May - and there are a few bushes I want to pick up and plant those too. I would like someone to come preferably regularly, weather permitting, twice a week for 2 to 4 hours a shot. Fridays 8am-12 or 9am-1pm are a must - that is the day I am available too, and I hope with double the effort we get a lot done. For the other day - If nothing else - there always seems to be weeding and mulching or trimming to do, and early in the season planting to be done. Gardener Wanted for season, twice a week - $30/hr, Fri 8am-12pm (or 9am-1pm), other day flexible, 2-4 hrs - as it seems reasonable - we can set it regular or leave it flexible. Weather permitting. If things work out well, you can count on this job year to year.
