Small Lawn maintenance - cut the grass regularly Seeding and fertilizer as necessary Maintain the small garden and plant some annuals. Clean the weeds.

Front flower bed needs small amount of weeding. One plant to be replaced and mulch put down. Cedar requires cutting. Backyard two plants to be planted, one bush needs trimming. Flower bed requires some weeding, mulch to be put down. This job would suit a Student, or someone looking for not too heavy work.
