Cleaning beds, weeding, pruning a garden full of perennials. One full cleanup required plus ongoing maintenance as needed.

We have a crappy backyard and are looking for a creative gardener who can design and then implement something nice. First, the grass I do have is very patchy and weedy. i just moved into a new house, where the backyard and front yard hasnt been properly maintained. We have dead grass, a lot of weeds. and a tree which I think is dead. I might need new patches of grass as well

Looking for someone who can do weeding, pruning, planting, mowing, seeding, fertilizing, leaf cleaning and general beautifying of the front and back lawns. Front yard is aprox 150 sq feet and the back yard aprox 300 sq feet. No animals. In fairly decent shape just needs some cleaning up.
