The property is in Bonita and is a 1/2 acre lot. Every visit (2 - 3 day each month) - Raking up green waste - Leaf/debris blowing from patio, backyard (concrete areas) and front yard Monthly - Trim back vine overgrowth along fence - Roto-tilling Seasonal / As Needed - Pulling weeds / weed whacking - Tree pruning - Fertilizing

This job should be super easy - we need someone to stop by our home 1x/week to water plants and minimal maintenance. We need someone who is available for much of September.

1-2 hours per week of personal care of flowers, bulbs, areas of vegetables, fuit trees, and advice for planting, experience/ knowledge of variety of plantings and flowers.

Need someone that can do a property clean up of weeds and leaves. Do not have a green container, so need someone that can clean up and take everything with them. Area to be cleaned is a side hill area. Can send pictures if needed.
