I've been working in the maintenance field for 15 years. Which while working as a department manager. Grounds keeping and gardening was under my department. So o started out do it like any other job. But I felt so good after doing it. I literally fell in love with it I do irrigation, weeding, getting area ready to plant, fertilizing, trimming trees, what plants to put around outer area of garden to attract insects to them instead of your fruits and vegetables I also build fences, gates,put in drainage as needed.
