Our small DIY business consists of two people, my fiance and I. We are both pursuing Master's degrees so in the summer we like to pursue our other love, horticulture! We pride ourselves on giving THE BEST gardening in the Metro Detroit area. We bring professionalism and the highest quality to every job we do and our clients leave happy. My mother is a Master Gardener and I apprenticed with her for 10 years, working beside her and other very experienced gardeners and arborists at a company before opening my own business 8 years ago. Basically there is no plant, flower, or shrub that we cannot identify and tend to with the proper care that is needed. We believe strongly in ORGANIC products and green living therefore we do not use any poisons, weed killers, toxins, pesticides, insecticides, or even power tools as we do everything by hand. You would never catch us using electric hedge trimmers for your boxwoods or laying Round-Up in your soil to " the weeds". These methods are ineffective and quite frankly don't work. The only way, and the RIGHT way, is to do everything by hand. So NO POWER TOOLS, NO CHEMICALS, NO PESTICIDES! We specialize in perennial and annual planting, container gardens, wildflower gardens, Michigan native gardens, butterfly gardens, succulents, installation, maintenance, weeding, pruning, dead-heading, composting, aeration of soil, transplanting, mulch, gravel, spring and fall clean-up, and just general landscaping and gardening duties as well. We love what we do and put our enthusiasm and pride into every job we complete.
