Gardener Job in Winnipeg, Manitoba

Primary job: Small front yard garden plan needs careful attention to detail on hand pulling garden weeds, generated by recent weeks of extremely hot humidity, in small established geoscaped/mulched over landscape fabric flower bed. will add more mulch when the city free mulch program delivers it. plan to spread pre-emergent and spray existing newly germinating weed crop too small to pull with 45% vinegar spray once hand pulling is complete - have dogs so cannot use harmful chemicals. back yard neighbor has a monster wild Elm tree which spreads its seeds all over my property; this year pretty much all those seeds germinated. they need to be hand pulled before they mature enough to penetrate the landscape fabric. I am unable to endure the humidity with a recently diagnosed heart condition, but most of these weeds are lightly attached to the surface of the landscape fabric and come out with little more then a two-finger pull. The goal is to stop their growth before they anchor more permanently. Secondary job: Also have 5 raised beds in back yard that were lifted and leveled against the new deck; they need fresh growing medium mixed into the existing soil to take hydrangeas to be moved from the front flower bed. Additional work can be negotiated.
