Gardener Job in Sarasota, Florida

Just looking for someone who is willing to be an environmental gardener. For example, I’ve learned I can avoid spraying anything and remove bugs from the hibiscus. Same with black mold! Just by changing watering and fertilizing management. Absolutely no chemical insecticides or herbicides that aren’t USDA organic compliant. Otherwise, it can be considered. It has to be Omri certified, or compliant with USDA organic standards. We may ask to pull out some weeds by hand rather than spraying. There is some basic trimming required of jasmine plants and an orange blossom hedge. That’s all. Must mow the lawn 4 inches or higher. Thank you!
