Gardener Job in San Diego, California

I am extremely well-versed in plant material and gardening. I am looking for someone to take over for me due to physical constraints. I have somewhat of a specimen garden, with many different climatic areas ranging from succulent and agaves to tropical timber bamboo. I need cleanup and weeding… trimming re-planting, color planting in all of my gardens. Would like to work with someone with my directions to accomplish my goals and restore areas that I have let go. I am looking for an individual or individuals that can help me out, not a landscape company. The work is much more refined. I also will note the pay rate is negotiable based on qualifications. My need is reasonably immediate great.
