Multiple garden sites here. Some single species, some mixed borders. Edging and mulching principally early season needed. Weeding throughout season. A working organic farm and gardening is also organic thus no chemical warfare. Two days a week should suffice. Must be able to work and stay motivated while working solo. Your knees must be stronger than mine; and If you are really good and efficient with a good eye you will be well paid.
