Gardener Job in Toronto, Ontario

We have a garden we love, full of different plants, shrubs and trees. I haven't been able to take my usual care with the garden this year and am looking for help to: -improve the soil condition and apply some targeted fertilizer (I have the materials already here) -divide and move some plants so they can better take advantage of the right conditions. Plants like Siberian Iris, a few Peonies, a few small Hostas, Astilbes and a thistle. -advise and add appropriate mulch - I haven't done this before but really should. While I need help with the above, including the actual physical work of doing it, I am also happy to keep learning from you and hearing your advice on what I believe to be the tasks needed to make my garden even more wonderful.
