Maintain a landscape of mostly native plants. Responsibilities include: remedying issues where plants are not doing well, selecting and planting new plants, and generally keeping the grounds looking their best. Currently we have a landscape maintenance guy who comes every other week; he blows leaves and not much else; doesn't seem to know much about plants.
Our daughter who is finishing up her Landscape Architecture degree in Baltimore designed the landscape. She suggested a Gardner as she believe we actually need someone who is passionate about plants and design.
