Gardener Job in Calgary, Alberta

We are in a townhouse with a small backyard that faces west, with three flower beds, and does not get much sun due to tall home directly behind as well as many trees. That being said, we're looking for help getting something to grow back there since the lack of sun doesn't seem to aid many flowers but some shrubs do okay. Here are a couple older shots, although the tree in the north west corner was removed after the snowpocalypse a couple years ago: http://....com http://....com There are a few things growing back there now since those photos, but they aren't doing so hot and I could easily remove them before any work would be done.
