Gardener Job in Ottawa, Ontario

We need general routine maintenance of approx 13,000 sq ft of mixed lawn (1500 sq ft), garden beds (2000 sq ft), river rock area (1000 sq ft), paths and woodland. Primary service needed is regular weekly weeding. Would also like extra help in Spring with laying mulch, transplanting, etc and advice for renovating some areas. We are hoping to find someone with interest in ways to include more native species, and improve resilience to summer drought. We will continue gardening ourselves, but want assistance.
