Gardener Job in Orlando, Florida

I’ve been burned by using normal landscaping companies who do not care about the quality of work and constantly ghost me. I’m open minded but do have an HOA to follow, although they love a well kept landscape so it should be no issue. I also have a pool enclosure with three planters I need maintained. I’m looking for somebody creative who loves what they do that can find pride in what they do. I’m open to discussing budgets and rates, I wasn’t sure what to put as I’m used to dealing with monthly landscaping companies. Please rescue my landscaping!
