Hi,
I have a rental property in San Mateo that requires regular maintenance. Frequency is twice a month. And 2 hour each time. Yard is about 6000 sqft. There is one big southern magnolias tree, and 4 smaller trees in backyard.
Work include:
1) Grass mowing
2) Bush trimming. Trellis and tree branch trimming if they grow beyond fence.
3) Leaf cleanup
4) Watering ~8 plants surround house
5) Weed control twice a year.
