Gardener Job in San Diego, California

I have fruit trees, lots of native shrubs and perennials, and annuals, most are pollinator- and bird-friendly. I need someone to keep the place looking spruced up, so weeding and pruning/trimming, and occasionally planting. I have drip irrigation and a few sprinklers on timers. Pay is negotiable. I need someone who is knowledgeable about what plants do best where. If you bring assistant workers, I would prefer that you be responsible for paying them, and of course I would reimburse you.
