Property is a 3.3 acre parcel with multiple flower gardens and a couple of ponds with waterfalls and a large pond at back. Lawn work is being performed by a separate service. Requirements are to start in spring with clean up, and then progress through planting, and continuous care throughout the summer months. Fall requirements include a final cleanup and putting of garden ornaments and plant props into storage for the winter. Summer maintenance includes fertilizing, weeding and plant maintenance including pest control. Also some maintenance on the gardens for such things and barrier repair, adding of topsoil, adding of mulch if required. Property is enclosed with a stand of spruce trees on two sides and has a few dozen ornamental and fruit trees within it.
