Gardener Job in Portland, Oregon

We have two lawns that have never looked good. We just don’t know how to upkeep grass. Both are the choices we’re stuck with and with small kids, turf is right for us. But hoping immediately for someone to weed it, Autumn-seed it, and rejuvenate it. The other tasks are maintenance of a crisp, new garden installation (well, a pandemic project nearing completion!) Learning how things are… and how I hope the mature garden to be, so that it can be kept alive and groomed in my absence, and eventually the mature garden I hope to return to in a couple of years. This is a long-term gig and will be written into a lease arrangement for our eventual tenants.
