Gardener Job in Austin, Texas

We are looking for a gardener to manage our private residence garden as well as chicken coop. We have a moderate sized property with a rose bed, small vegetable garden, several flower/ plant beds, and two small lawns. We also have 6 chickens who live on the property in a coop and range freely on the property. We are looking for an experienced gardener to come to our property 1-2 times per week, with the following responsibilities: 1. Planting ( varies by the season) 2. Bed and lawn maintenance including mowing 3. Fertilizing/ feeding/ watering plants 4. Management-- protecting plants as needed with inclement weather 5. Chicken coop management-- cleaning weekly, food and water refills 6. Compost management-- periodic turning, etc 7. Irrigation management Gardener should have some experience and knowledge of local plants, garden management, and some experience with chicken coops preferred. Must be available to reliably dedicate at least 4-6 hours/week regularly, although there is enough work to support more hours if desired. Exact days/times per week can be flexible. Landscaping/ design experience is also preferred but not necessary. Ideally looking for someone who can take an active approach to managing our garden and coop. Hours are flexible and will depend on the season, but would anticipate working more hours during the planting seasons.
