Gardener Job in Lansdowne, Pennsylvania

I have a native garden that I’ve been cultivating for more than 10 years, just outside Philadelphia. I’m seeking a knowledgeable garden professional to do monthly maintenance, weeding and cleanup. Also seeking someone who has insights on design and can make recommendations for transplanting to improve the look of the garden and layout. Need periodic pine straw refresh and occasional seasonal plannings. The ideal candidate is someone I can work with on a regular basis who is easy to talk to, knowledgeable about native gardens and is flexible in their approach.
