Gardener Job in Edmonds, Washington

I'm looking for a reliable dependable gardener. Who show's up on time. Does the work agreed on. Not half way clean up. I would like to keep the same person. I'm exhausted going through gardener's that don't do what's asked. And costs way to much. The front yard is small. The back yard is a bit bigger. Needs weeding. Raking. Pruning. At least 3 X a year. Not a lot of work. Not even really hard work. Once it's cleaned up. It just needs to be maintained.
