Gardener Job in Woodburn, Oregon

Hello everyone! My name is Diana and I'm exploring whether hiring a gardener is a feasible option for me. I recently bought my childhood home from my parents (who will eventually live next door). While I have always longed for a garden to putter in, I am coming to terms with the fact that this huge property is probably too much for me to maintain on my own while working full time and commuting two hours a day. It's a very cool property if I do say so myself. While I only own the house and front lawn area, both are on the larger farm owned by my parents, which is about 120 acres, including 40ish acres of conservation woodland along a river. We have a huge front lawn that I am interested in turning into more garden and less lawn. We also have raised beds that are looking quite sad and neglected. My parents have planted quite a few fruit trees, and some of them appear to be struggling. The birds ate all of my berries before I could get them caged this year. I am inspired by native plants and pollinator-friendly gardens. I also want to establish gardens that are water wise and heat tolerant as our summers get hotter and hotter. Permaculture / organic / no dig / regenerative -- all of those are good things to me. I would love to find a gardener who is interested in teaching me a thing or two, and helping me identify problems. My mom is a great gardener, but even she is stumped from time to time. It would be wonderful to have a fresh set of eyes! The number of hours I could afford to hire someone for would obviously depend on their hourly rate. Having someone come out once or twice a month would make a huge difference to me. If you think you are good fit for our property and needs, please tell me what works best for you!
