Gardener Job in Sarasota, Florida

I live in a deed restricted community off Lockwood Ridge Road in the northern part of Sarasota county, a mile south of University Parkway. I need help laying out the flower beds, planting and caring for the garden. This includes weeding, trimming, fertilizing and pet control. Environmentally friendly, natural or organic products only. No chemical herbicides or pesticides to be used. I would like the garden, front and back to contain Florida native plants only that are fragrant, drought tolerant, butterfly, bird and bee friendly. I have some large stumps from trees that were planted too close to the house and need to be removed. Our HOA maintains the grass front and back, adds mulch and trims the trees but the rest is up to the homeowner. I am looking for maintenance twice a month, more frequently if needed.
