Gardener Job in Portland, Oregon

We have a landscaped yard. Currently, the spring weeds have taken over, but the yard itself could use shaping and pruning after the weed cleanup. We would like to work with someone who can help us plan out the future for the yard and assist us in the execution. The yard is largely low-maintenance other than the season changes. Currently, the immediate need is the weeding and bringing in multch or other ground covering. It isn't a huge space, but I'm sure it will be a solid day or two to start. Then an ongoing schedule. We are flexible around the actual timing and schedule.
