Gardener Job in Portland, Oregon

Have a corner property in the Beaumont-Wiltshire neighborhood. I want to engage with a company.person who is not mow-and-blow. We have a wide range of shrubs and perennials that require a person who understands the correct methods and times for various maintenance tasks (pruning, planting, rejuvenation, etc.) to assist us with out yard. We're happy to mow the lawns and pull weeds if need be - we really want a skilled gardener that isn't inclined to spray everything all the time.
