Gardener Job in Tomball, Texas

I would like to know previous experience and references of gardening jobs in the past and if the applicant is insured in case of any problems that may occur. I only need flower beds and ornamental trees tended to. I do not need my lawn mowed or trimmed. I will have that done through another company. I would want the applicant to provide their own gardening tools. I need someone who is knowledgeable in lawn and plant health and can help me with fertilization and disease control. I need someone who can prune shrubs, roses and ornamental trees at appropriate times. I need someone to clear fallen branches and debris, especially after storms. I need someone to plant new seasonal plants when needed. I prefer someone with a truck in case I need to have them pick up fertilizer or plants. I need someone to cover only the tender plants before hard freezes. The most important thing is to be dependable and dedicated to making the yard look its best.
