Gardener Job in Tucson, Arizona

My nice sized back yard is mostly bare and exposed, surrounded by a wall. There is gravel, and a paved walkway, and a few small trees. There are weeds, none of which are listed as noxious. A rather nice view, begging a beautiful garden. I love the ground covers that carpet my local park. I have a fountain that is frequented by birds. For design, I'll do without cacti, and want lots of pollinator plants, from fancy to barely noticeable. Your photos are lovely and I was happy to see that lush gardens can happen here. What I mostly see around here are cacti and succulents planted far apart with gravel in between, no thanks! The birds are happily pecking in the weeds and grasses they themselves brought in, I would like more birds, more insects, a girl-catalyzed eden. Thank you! -Karen W
