Gardener Job in Chilliwack, British Columbia

I need to have someone come and empty dead plants in containers that were left from the previous owner and put planets for the summer. It would require to remove soil and dead plants and replace with something I could look after for the summer and then deal with it for the winter. I know it is a small job so if it cost more I am willing to look at the cost.
