My wife was an avid gardener who took great pride in her gardens. Unfortunately she passed away. I still want to make the gardens a source of pride but have no time, no skill and a black thumb.
Will need to plant many annuals, add some perennials and hanging baskets.
We can finalize the scope of work and hours required jointly
