Gardener Job in Portland, Oregon

Hello! I'm Carrie, and I'm looking to hire a gardener to help get my property in good spring shape. I have a sweet senior kitty who loves relaxing in the backyard and rubbing his little face in flowers. With this in mind and considering cost/time, I’d love to get some help planning little cat-friendly zones for him to hang out as the spring/summer season warms up. If you like working outdoors and have experience in plant care, I'd love to hear from you. The job involves a variety of tasks, including property clean ups (weeds, etc) to keep the everything looking neat and tidy. I have a couple trees that need a pruning touch-up, and would love help with (or at least direction on) refreshing the mulch and pebble areas. Let me know if any of this clicks!
