This is more than mowing lawns or basic landscaping—I’m seeking someone who can serve as a plant health partner. I have a mix of established trees and shrubs that need thoughtful, attentive care. While a landscaping company handles basic upkeep, I need an expert to: • Monitor and maintain the health of mature trees and shrubs • Identify and resolve watering or fertilization issues • Watch for signs of pest infestation, especially spider mites on cypress trees • Recommend seasonal treatments or adjustments as needed • Visit the property twice a month, with more frequent attention during the hot summer months (especially while I’m traveling) What I’m Looking For: • Solid knowledge of plant diagnostics, pests, and soil/watering needs • A reliable and observant professional with attention to detail • Someone who enjoys working with nature and bringing landscapes to life • Previous experience working on private residences or estates is a plus!
