Gardener Job in Charlotte, North Carolina

I need someone who is experienced in all areas of plant care, from planting and pruning to weed control and property clean-ups - part time - maybe 10 or so hours a month and advice on weekends. The ideal candidate would be knowledgeable in horticulture, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintaining the overall health and appearance of my garden. We have established hardscape and a number of truly mature plants - but I need that help in identifying the type, care and picking new plants to complete look and make it look ‘cleaner’ and healthy. Have a number of small projects / planting and cleanup needed. Hate English Ivy and monkey grass - me too! Have most of the tools as well - not organic. My wife and I are fairly outdoors but we need to get taught what to do when - and then choice of plants - what can be. This is not for a large landscape design outfit. Anything designed should be manageable long term.
