Location: Beverly Hills, CA Schedule: Twice a week Compensation: $1,000 per month (flat rate) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced gardener to maintain a beautiful half-acre residential property in Beverly Hills. This position involves caring for a variety of trees, plants, and landscaped areas on the property, with no lawn mowing required as there is no grass on-site. Responsibilities: Prune and trim plants, shrubs, and trees to keep them in optimal health and appearance. Monitor and tend to plant health, including disease and pest control as needed. Water, fertilize, and mulch as required to maintain the grounds. Regularly remove weeds and keep landscaped areas tidy and well-groomed. Follow any seasonal maintenance routines, adjusting care to align with weather conditions. Offer advice on plant care and recommend new plantings or seasonal updates if desired. Qualifications: Proven gardening or landscaping experience, with a good understanding of plant care specific to the Beverly Hills area. Strong knowledge of pruning, watering schedules, and general plant health. Must be able to work independently, with attention to detail and pride in maintaining an elegant property. Legal citizenship or work authorization required. This position offers a steady part-time commitment for a single gardener.
