Gardener Job in Perth, Ontario

Hello, my name is Karen and I am looking for a dependable gardener to help with property clean-ups and weed control. I am located in Perth, Ontario area and am willing to pay $25.00 an hour for the right candidate. I am looking for someone with a trimmer powerful enough to do edging around a building and garage. This growth is not easily cut with a string weed whacker. (I've tried it). I am looking for someone with the appropriate level of a tool to do the cutting as well as someone who is detailed oriented and where "good enough" is not good enough. In other words, I am particular about ensuring a nice clear cut.
