This is an easy little lawn that needs a good, sharp push mower (a large mower wont fit around the pool and a big mower is overkill). Trimming the grass (that is struggling in many spots), edging, blowing off, controlling the weeds, trimming and pruning overgrown bushes and a tree that is getting very tall. I tip extra for good communication and professionalism.
