Gardener Job in Pleasant Hill, Oregon

My name is Erin, and I love gardening! I have a large garden, as well as a vegetable garden patch on our farm in Pleasant Hill. It’s a lot work! I’m looking for someone with attention to detail and knowledge of gardening,l! Weeds are a constant struggle here, but I don’t use herbicide. I generally scrape with a scuffle hoe, as it’s quick and effective or pull by hand. My soil is not ideal, and I’ve been slowly amending it as I plant more and more. My goal is to fill the huge beds so weeding becomes less of a burden. I’d love help with weeding, pruning the rhododendrons and such, spreading compost and mulch, planting new things, and various other tasks. I’d love to meet potential gardeners and check out particular styles and points of view of gardening! It’s a big space with so much potential! I’d love to geek out on it all the time, but I also work as a nurse, and time is limited. This is part time work, we can work out times and days that work best for everyone. I’m thinking a few hours a day, one or two days a week, maybe more, depending on the season. References are amazing!
