Gardener Job in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida

Immediate Start: Growing lawn Concierge company is seeking a full time groundskeeper in Palm Beach Gardens, FL to maintain for 5-7 high end homes at a time within the same neighborhood with the assistance of another groundskeeper. The ideal candidate will have a friendly demeanor, good work ethic, and is a self starter. Job responsibilities include but not limited to; clean all outdoor areas, trim and prune trees/plants, mow all grounds, maintain flower beds, pest management, irrigation checks, etc. Required: 3 years working in high end homes, knowledge of landscaping equipment, horticulture and chemical application knowledge, irrigation experience preferred, able to lift 80 pounds, able to work in all weather conditions, have a valid driver's license, clear background check, and great references. Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4 pm with flexibility weekends as needed. Salary: $DOE, 4 paid holidays, IRA up to 6k, dental insurance, $400 health stipend, and discretionary bonus.
