Gardener Job in Stratford, Connecticut

Looking for a formally experienced gardener near Stratford, Connecticut. Training (botanical garden, etc.), knowledge and experience with pruning would be a plus. Responsibilities include maintaining recently established redbud, evergreen shrubs (skip laurels, china girls, etc.), and various perrenials to support hummingbirds, bees, butterflies, mostly within the foundation envelope. Two small beds (7 feet and 4 feet in diameter) in the lawn need to be re-planted. Condo association handles lawn care and the mature trees. We offer base pay at $20.00 per hour for very basic work, a negotiable rate for work that involves more skill and experience. Work schedule is flexible but needs to be predictable/reliable.
