I need a gardener to plant hedges along in an L shaped front flower bed along white picket fence. I don't like the current plants that are in it so I would like them to be removed, as well as the rubber mulch and soil. I would then like fresh new soil and hedges planted. L shaped flower bed is 15-20 ft in total length.
