Gardener Job in Edmonton, Alberta

I have 2 large retaining walls that were planted 21years ago. They contain perennial flowers, shrubs, and trees. I am looking for someone to help revive this garden space, do some pruning, maybe soil analysis? Some of the shrubs and trees seem to not be doing well, and I will need some suggestions on what to plant as the light exposure has changed drastically from when we first planted due to maturing large elm trees.
