Garden Soon is a subscription-based gardening service offering year-round indoor and outdoor garden installations and maintenance. Our goal is to create thriving, sustainable gardens for our clients, with weekly expert tending and guaranteed results. Garden Soon is also dedicated to helping further our community by assisting clients in donating excess produce to food shelters, unhoused individuals, or a family in need. We’re looking for passionate, skilled gardeners to join our team as subcontractors, providing hands-on maintenance and guidance to our clients throughout the entire process of building a garden, weekly maintenance, and assisting with excess produce distribution. We’re seeking experienced gardeners to help with weekly garden maintenance for both indoor and outdoor gardens. You will work with our clients to ensure their gardens flourish year-round by handling tasks such as: Planting and pruning Weeding, watering, and mulching Pest control and soil management indoor garden transitions and seasonal adjustments Qualifications: Experience in gardening, landscaping, or horticulture Knowledge of plant care, pruning, and maintenance techniques Ability to work independently and manage multiple gardens Excellent communication skills for client interaction Must be reliable and punctual What We Offer: Flexible part-time subcontractor position with competitive hourly pay Opportunity to work with a growing company focused on sustainable, organic gardening Supportive team environment and growth potential
