Gardener Job in West Norriton, Pennsylvania

I have an end unit townhouse with garden beds in the front and around the side of the house. My HOA mulches and edges. I have hostas and other perennial plants in place. I'm looking for someone who can weed, help plant some annuals around the perimeter of the front garden bed, and help maintain the garden. I'd love to work with someone with experience in easy-to-maintain gardens and reducing the number of weeds that pop-up.
