Gardener Job in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin

I am looking for help in learning about and managing my yard. I just purchased a new home in Sun Prairie, WI. The homes were originally built with a requirement of "30 native plants" on each property. The previous owner let the property go some, and things are a bit overgrown. I am looking for assistance in identifying the plants in my yard, and figuring out what I want to keep versus what are weeds I want to remove, and how to manage the things I do want to keep. Ideally, working together you would help me understand what is in my yard and how to take care of it. I am interested in doing things in a "natural" or sustainable fashion that is harmonious with our local ecology. I imagine this would be a limited-term job, as opposed to a long-term reoccurring one. I am flexible on rate and happy to discuss it - adding it was required, but I'm not certain of the market rate for this sort of work.
