Gardener Job in Charlotte, North Carolina

Supplemental gardening. weeding, mulching, tidying after storms, etc. $25 an hour. afternoons or weekends preferred. I have a large, mature garden. It requires more effort than I currently can provide. I already have a mow and blow team, but I need additional gardening support. Some things would be regular maintenance and others would be more rotating projects. I tried to minimize the use of chemicals in my yard. I’m looking for someone who has attention to detail and is very tidy. I’m looking for somebody who will always clean and put away tools properly and be respectful walking through flowerbeds not to step on baby plants. I’m looking initially for some help to get caught up. If it’s a good fit, it could become more regular. I’m looking to start as soon as I find someone who’s a good fit. I would appreciate references. My interview process would be paid work with me in the yard for a 2 to 4 hour shift.
