12 unit HOA with planting bed between unit and street. Needs are simple: .Monthly clean-up, March through November. Inclusive of motor court. .Replace dead/unsightly plantings, as needed. (We have a lot of new plantings required at the moment.) .Prune, as needed. (Must have relevant experience so we're confident that pruning is done properly.) .Mulch in spring. .Fertilize in fall. .Maintain drip irrigation system properly. We understand that materials will be extra/billed through at cost. Must have basic insurance and be willing to complete a W-9. Payment is monthly, paid by the HOA, by transfer.
